Bill Martin enlightens "The International Conference on Ignorance" about the thinking process at the University of Arizona.

It is easy to talk about it, but few know how to actually create magnificent schools. This will be one of only two workshops offered in the USA as a part of a lecture tour covering five countries.

Bill and John will provide the cutting edge of international best practices in their own down-to-earth style.

This process is based upon a deep trust in the lived lives of teachers, principals, and parents. The process has been used by Bill Martin to create award-winning schools in the United States and is now being used across Australia and New Zealand.

You will learn to build a culture of leadership, ways to maximize leadership capacity in your school, and how to lead change creatively. This learning will be mapped onto a powerful model of personal and professional growth so that you leave with a clear plan of action.

Dr. John Edwards and Bill Martin have combined their lifetime of experiences to create the International Network of Teacher Designed Schools in Australia, New Zealand, Norway, United Kingdom and the United States. They are keynote speakers at conferences around the world.

JOHN EDWARDS - John is internationally recognized for his research and consultancy work on how people think, the direct teaching of thinking, professional growth and learning, leadership, and the creative management of change.

BILL MARTIN - Bill has spent his lifetime leading schools in the USA. Three of the four schools where he has served as leader have been designated state and national "Blue Ribbon" schools.
